ARTICLE 1: ABOUT WOXIE

Woxie offers digital marketing and lead generation services for aesthetic centers, including advertising campaigns, appointment booking solutions, and coaching programs.

ARTICLE 2: PURPOSE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the conditions under which Woxie provides its services to professional clients (B2B).

They take precedence over any other document unless otherwise agreed in writing.


ARTICLE 3: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Woxie provides the following services:

Lead Generation: Creation and management of advertising campaigns to attract qualified prospects.Coaching & Support: Training and guidance to optimize lead conversion and management.Appointment Booking: Outsourced client appointment management solution.

Details of services are outlined in the proposals and quotes sent to the client before any commitment.


ARTICLE 4: PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Payment Methods

Payments can be made by:

Credit/Debit CardBank Transfer (details provided on invoices)

4.2 Payment Schedule

Services must be paid for before the start of service, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Any payment delay beyond 7 days will result in immediate suspension of services.4.3 Late Payment Penalties

In case of late payment, penalties may be applied at the applicable legal rate, without prejudice to service suspension.


ARTICLE 5: INVOICING

5.1 Invoice Issuance

Invoices are issued by Woxie FZE LLC and are not subject to VAT in accordance with applicable tax regulations.5.2 Invoice Communication

Invoices are sent to the client via email and available upon request.


ARTICLE 6: TERMINATION

6.1 Termination by the Client

The client may terminate the contract by sending an email to [email protected] with 5 days’ written notice prior to the renewal date.

No refunds will be made for services already paid for.6.2 Termination by Woxie

Woxie reserves the right to terminate a contract in case of breach of these Terms or if payment is more than 15 days overdue.


ARTICLE 6B: CANCELLATION POLICY

6B.1 Cancellation Before Service Begins

Clients may cancel their commitment within 24 hours after payment, before campaigns are launched, by emailing [email protected].

Beyond that deadline, no refund will be granted.6B.2 Cancellation After Service Has Started

Once campaigns are launched and/or services activated, no cancellations or refunds are possible, except in exceptional cases assessed by Woxie.6B.3 Cancellation of Subscriptions & Recurring Services

Subscriptions can be canceled with 5 days’ notice before the renewal date.

Requests made after this deadline will result in the next billing cycle being processed and due.


ARTICLE 7: REFUND POLICY & DISPUTES

7.1 Refund Policy

As services are provided to professionals (B2B), any service that has begun is considered due and non-refundable.However, a refund request may be reviewed in the following exceptional cases:

No service was delivered after payment.A technical issue prevents access to services and no alternative can be provided.A specific contractual commitment was not honored by Woxie.

All refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected] within 7 days of payment. After this period, no refunds will be considered.7.2 Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute regarding service execution, Woxie and the client agree to seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.

Dispute Process:

Initial Contact: The client must send a detailed complaint to [email protected]

Case Review: Woxie has 10 business days to review the issue and propose a resolution.

Mediation: If no agreement is reached, mediation may be proposed before initiating legal proceedings.

7.3 Jurisdiction

Any unresolved dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America, where Woxie FZE LLC is registered.


ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY

Woxie cannot be held liable for:

The business results obtained by the clientService interruptions due to force majeure or external factors beyond its control

The client is solely responsible for using the leads provided and managing their own prospects.


ARTICLE 9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All tools, campaigns, and materials created by Woxie during service delivery remain the exclusive property of Woxie, unless stated otherwise in writing.The client is granted limited usage rights for materials delivered as part of the service.


ARTICLE 10: PERSONAL DATA

Data collected during service delivery is processed in accordance with Woxie’s Privacy Policy, available on our website.


ARTICLE 11: GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating legal proceedings.
